A pair of bobwhites flushing through some of the prettiest habitats this country has to provide is a remarkable thing to witness, and it’s something that will make your heart jump from sudden excitement. Hunting them with a couple of good friends and pointers is a pastime that’s rich in tradition in many areas of the country, but it’s especially revered in certain areas of the South. This framed original oil painting was finished up right before SEWE 2020, where it sold on the second day of the show to a buyer from South Carolina.
