Brands Ryan Loves
From brushes to boots, here's a list of brands that help me perform at my best not only in the studio, but also in the field.
Action Heat Cold Weather Gear
I’ll admit it - the older I get, the colder I get. And when my dainty artist fingers get cold on a deer stand, I have a hard time focusing on anything else. I wear action Heat as a base layer and adjust the settings as the temperature drops. As a father of two young kids, Action Heat also helps them stay comfortable with me in a deer stand, on the Appalachian ski slopes, or in the stands of a football game.

Blick Art Art Supplies
My goal is to produce the highest quality work that I can, and I need quality tools do to so. As I’ve grown and matured as an artist, I’ve come to rely on Dick Blick as the one stop source for my oil paint, brushes, canvas and even some frames. Here’s a list of my most often used materials in the studio.

Jocko Fuel Supplements
Working out clears my head and allows me to show up at my best, whether that’s in the studio or with my family. I’m a fan of Jocko’s work not only serving our country, but also his current work motivating people to push themselves. I’ve read his books on leadership and my son loves his Warrior Kid series. Here’s a list of supplements I take on the regular.

Muck Hunting Boots
All good things lie on the other side of adversity, especially outdoors. The best tree stand is usually across the creek and the longboards always seem to roost on the other side of the swamp. Muck boots help me and my son get across and stay warm and comfortable on the other side.
