What is Route Package Protection?

We highly recommend utilizing Route Package Protection at checkout for the best experience. Route's is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged. We know how frustrating it is to have something happen to your order, so we’ve partnered with Route to offer added assurance that you’re supported, no matter what. Learn more.

By default, Route Package Protection is turned "on" when checking out. If you do not wish to use Route, simply toggle the button "off" and it will be removed from your cart.


What is your return policy?

We are happy to offer returns and exchanges on damaged or defective goods within 30 days of purchase. Learn more.


What do I do if my art arrives damaged?

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged. Any requests must be placed within 14 days of delivery of the product and should be accompanied by a series of required photos. Learn more.


What if my art arrives safely but is later damaged?

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns for everyday wear and tear. To ensure your purchase lasts, we encourage you to purchase your piece with framing. Learn more.


Do you offer local pickup?

Not at this time.


What is your turnaround for personalized prints?

Personalized prints are processed and printed in the order they are received. Generally, it takes 5 business days or less to collect information, format, print, package and ship from Ryan’s studio.


What weight are your paper prints?

Paper prints are printed on either heavy archival paper similar to a heavy weight card stock or bright white, gloss paper with a smooth finish, depending on the subject matter. Learn more.


How do I know I'm getting an authentic Ryan Kirby piece and not a knock-off?

Ryan's art is solely available on this website and in person at exhibits. When you purchase from Ryan Kirby, you receive a piece created by Ryan himself and packaged in his studio in Boone, North Carolina.


Do you sign and number all of your prints?

Original oil painitngss are signed and are one of a kind. Canvas prints are signed and numbered in a Limited Edition of 250 prints. Artist’s Proof Edition paper prints are limited to less than 100 prints and are signed and numbered. Open Edition paper prints – like “The Growth and Maturity of the White-tailed Buck” – are signed and stamped with Ryan’s Seal of Authenticity.

What kind of materials does Ryan use?

Ryan believes quality materials and a dedication to craftsmanship makes the difference in a fine art print. We go above and beyond to use only archival quality materials for all of our prints and packaging. You can rest assured that anything you purchase from Ryan Kirby Art will be created and handled with the utmost commitment to excellence.


How do I request a commission?

Ryan is not taking on any commissioned work at this time.


How do I request an original oil be reproduced on canvas or paper?

We are continually updating and expanding our selection of prints, so new pieces are available all the time. However, if you don't see a print you're interested in, please let us know via our contact formemail at info@ryankirbyart.com and we'll do our best to help you find what you are looking for.


How does Ryan price his original works?

Originals are priced by the size of the painting, with a minimum of $2,000. Ryan typically paints in canvas sizes from 20" x 24" (around $3,400) to 30" x 50" (around $10,500) and everywhere in between.


Does Ryan donate prints to non-profit organizations?

We are currently not providing donations at this time. 


Will Ryan let my company use one of his images?

Ryan loves creating new partnerships and is always open to collaborate. If you have a product that you would like to put one of Ryan’s images on, we can work with you to create a Licensing Agreement. Royalties for each image vary depending on the product and the scope of the project. Contact us to inquire..


Will Ryan promote my company on social media?

Ryan is happy to work with brands and groups he believes in. Contact us with your ideas, and hopefully we can work together.
