I'm always amazed by the sight of the huge moss-covered oak trees lining the pastures of the deep South. Spanish moss lights up in the morning and evening light, when the sun is low and the gobblers are strutting. Just sitting underneath one of these large oaks has a calming effect on you. It makes you want to slow down, move to the rhythm of the Old South and feel that warm sunshine on your face. I wanted "Boss of the Moss" to represent that same tranquil feeling. These birds don't have a care in the world, calmly feeding underneath the warm glow of a giant oak as the boss bird struts to the rhythm of Spanish moss blowing in the breeze.

Unframed canvas prints will be rolled up and shipped in our custom shipping triangles. Your local frame shop can handle the stretching and framing of your choice. Our gallery wrapped and framed options will arrive ready to hang on the wall with hanging hardware pre-installed.
