Description
My home and studio are in the mountains of Western North Carolina. While I was raised in the flat farm fields of Illinois, I've come to really appreciate the rugged beauty and wildlife of the Appalachian Mountains. One such animal to call these parts home is the black bear. Something in the distance has caught this bear's attention, and the large, backlit bruin is standing tall to see what (or who) has decided to move in on its turf.
